MES CEO Message

Greetings,

As the CEO of Murphy Enterprise Solutions, which is a multifaceted Business Management and Consulting entity, formed in 2016, geared towards organizational implementation, it brings me tremendous pleasure to lead a company designed to deliver multiple services and products across various sectors which will ultimately enhance society’s comfortably.

In most recent years, while employed as an Administrator at NYC Health and Hospitals / Elmhurst, a Level I Trauma Facility within New York City, the daily objective was to effectively oversee the Patient Transportation Department.  Simultaneously, I conducted CWA 1180 Labor Union business as a Certified Shop Steward.  Presently, I directly monitor the section of MES that provides youth athletes, from Elementary to Secondary Schools, the unique opportunities to excel in training and marketing themselves in the sports world, particularly football.  My oversight led to the Uncommon Excellence Boys Varsity Football Team winning the 2023 and 2024 Uncommon School League Championship and the Junior Varsity Team making the 2023 League Playoffs.  All accomplished with scholars who were on High Honor Roll or Honor Roll Academic Status, in which one of those 2023 Scholars (my son) earned a full scholarship to a high-quality Private Prep. High School in Pennsylvania.   Additionally, as a Nationally Certified Interscholastic Coach for Grades 7 – 12, no player under my direct supervision has ever been hurt or injured to the point the scholar-athlete missed a practice or game. 

I have earned a Master Degree in Public Administration, with a focus in Organizational Operations & Policy Implementation, and a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Arts, conducive to the area of Social Sciences and Criminal Justice.

Moreover, I have led a variety of multifaceted teams within the Education, Healthcare, Retail, Social Services, and Department of Corrections industries, to name a few, tasked with implementing modern trends towards entity innovation within various operational settings.  Becoming one of modern eras prominent Serial Entrepreneurs and Senior Executive Administrators is a fixed goal.

Thus far, these are a few accolades achieved:

• Twenty (20) years of experience in Customer Relations.
• Fifteen (15) years expertise of Operations Management and Leadership over of 30 – 275 + employees.
• Eight (8) years of experience in Loss Prevention, Transportation, & Security.
• Eight (8) years of experience in Labor Union Relations and Medical Support Services.
• Seven (7) years of knowledge as a Published Author and Fashion Development.
• Three (3) years of knowledge in Human Services.
• Three (3) years of knowledge as a Nationally Certified Coach (CIC and AIC). 
• Two (2) years of specialized training in Law Enforcement.

I believe it is pretty safe to say, I am more than knowledgeable and capable of transcending MES to elite business levels!
